The City of Mishawaka's Sustainable Transformation
The City of Mishawaka's administrative building needed an update, and sustainability was at the forefront of this project. Office Interiors stepped in with a solution that was both eco-friendly and cost-effective. By carefully analyzing the resources available within the old building, Mike Bennett and our team devised a plan to reuse and refurbish materials rather than discarding them. This not only prevented unnecessary waste from ending up in landfills but also resulted in significant cost savings for the city—an impressive figure over $400,000.
This project is a prime example of how sustainable practices can lead to financial savings while also contributing positively to the environment. It showcases our ability to think outside the box and create functional, beautiful office spaces without compromising on our green ethos.
Partnering with Tango Design and Alliance Architects, Office Interiors was hired to help the City of Mishawaka transform the Liberty Mutual building into their new City Hall.

When Indiana University of South Bend approached us to revamp its Nursing Program campus, sustainability was a key concern.
