Most chairs purchased from Office Interiors come with a warranty that includes no-cost repairs. To ensure your chairs remain in optimal condition, we offer a free maintenance service, which includes:

  • Inspection of all chairs: We check all mechanisms and look for any worn parts.
  • Warranty claims processing: We handle all warranty claims on your behalf.
  • No parts or labor costs: There is no charge for parts repaired or replaced and installed on all Herman Miller, Knoll, and SitOnIt chairs still under warranty.
  • Low labor rates: For other manufacturers not covering labor under warranty, we offer competitive labor rates.
